1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Email2SMS.ro platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The service is intended exclusively for legal entities and professionals for transmitting notifications, 2FA codes, and commercial alerts.

2. Service Description

Email2SMS.ro provides an SMS gateway service that allows the transformation of messages received via SMTP or API protocols into text messages (SMS) delivered to mobile operators in Romania.

3. Permitted Use

• Users agree not to use the platform for sending unsolicited messages (SPAM), illegal content, harassment, or fraudulent messages.
• The platform is optimized for integration with security systems (e.g., Fortinet VPN) for the delivery of authentication codes.

4. Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for the security of their account and all activities performed under it.
• Email2SMS.ro is not responsible for the content of messages transmitted by clients.

5. Payments and Billing

Services are provided on a subscription basis or credit packages. Invoices are automatically issued and must be paid within the mentioned period. Failure to pay on time may lead to service suspension.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms.
